If this is the year you need to replace your furnace and/or air conditioner, you should take advantage of the Ontario government’s 2017 Heating & Cooling Incentive now. The rebates are only available for a limited time, so it pays to complete your important HVAC renovation this spring instead of waiting until the fall.

The 2017 Heating & Cooling Incentive program runs from January 1 – June 30th, 2017. It’s open to all residents in Ontario who have purchased and installed eligible central heating or cooling equipment through a participating contractor. We’re pleased to be part of this cost savings program and help our Custom Comfort ClimateCare customers obtain rebates.

The easiest way to constantly maintain your heating and cooling systems is to frequently check and change the air filter located next to the air handler of your furnace. The air handler is the large box containing the furnace fan and fan motor.
